2. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was wrongly taken down, you may file a counter-notification including:

  • Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located.

3. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a strict policy of terminating accounts or access of users who repeatedly infringe on others’ copyrights.
